  • Where do you ship?

We ship everywhere in the U.S. and most international countries. For additional countries, please email Claire@shoppeshi.com

  • How do I apply as a wholesaler?

We are open to wholesale orders and can offer custom colors and embroidery. Please email Claire@shoppeshi.com.

  • Do you accept returns?
  • Peshi accepts returns for non-customized items that haven’t been used or laundered
    within 15 days from your order’s arrival date. We cannot accept returns on used items or customized purchases. We are unable to offer free returns at this time, so a flat rate of $10 for U.S orders and $15 for International orders will be deducted from your refund for the return.

  • When should I replace my towels?

The telltale sign a towel needs to be replaced is that musty smell or when it has
lost its fluffy, absorbent qualities. If taken care of properly, high quality towels should last up to 2 years depending on usage and proper care.

  • Do you sell through retailers?

We do not currently sell through retailers.
