What makes Peshi towels unique?

Peshi towels are hand-loomed by artisans in Turkey from 100% organic cotton. They're ultra-thin, quick-drying, and up to 10× more absorbent than conventional towels — built for both function and beauty. They also get softer with every wash.
What sizes do you offer?

We offer two sizes: The Big Peshi ($35, or 2 for $65) — our full-size beach, bath, and outdoor towel; and The Small Peshi ($18, or 4 for $60) — your everyday kitchen companion. Both come in 5 colors: teal, yellow, pink, purple, and #F085A7.
Are Peshi towels suitable for the kitchen AND the beach?

Absolutely. Our towels work beautifully at the beach, pool, gym, or in your kitchen. Their compact size and quick-dry properties make them ideal for any adventure — or any countertop.
How do I care for my Peshi towel?

Machine wash cold with like colors. Tumble dry low. Do not bleach. Avoid fabric softeners and high heat — these reduce absorbency over time. The good news: they get softer and even more absorbent with every wash.
Are Peshi towels eco-friendly?

Yes — our towels are OEKO-TEX® certified and GOTS certified, meaning they meet the highest standards for environmental and social responsibility. No harmful chemicals, ever.
How durable are Peshi towels?

Very durable. The tight weave of hand-loomed organic cotton holds its shape, color, and softness through hundreds of washes. With proper care, you can expect 2+ years of daily use.
When should I replace my Peshi towel?

The telltale sign a towel needs replacing is a persistent musty smell even after washing, or when it has lost its absorbent quality. With proper care, your Peshi should last 2+ years.
Do you sell through retailers?

We do not currently sell through retailers. You can shop directly at shoppeshi.com or contact us for wholesale inquiries.

Return Policy
15-day return window for eligible items
We want you to love your Peshi. If something isn't right, here's how our return policy works:
Eligibility
- Items must be returned within 15 days of your order's arrival date.
- Items must be unused and unlaundered — in their original condition.
- Customized orders are final sale and not eligible for return.
Return Shipping Fees
We do not offer free returns. A flat return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund:

🌍 International returns: $15 deducted from refund

How to Start a Return
- Email Claire@shoppeshi.com with your order number and reason for return.
- We'll send you a prepaid return label within 2 business days.
- Pack items securely in original or similar packaging.
- Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days of receiving your return.
Exchanges
Wrong size or color? We'll make it right.
We accept exchanges within 15 days of delivery for a different size or color, subject to availability.
